My wife has “die-uh-BEET-eez” so I’m getting a kick out of these replies. I also trust she knows how to pronounce it.

I’ll vote for “die-uh-BEET-eez” but my grandma has (and says) “die-uh-BEET-iss.”
And then there’s Bret Michaels who says “die-uh-BEET-us.” We all should be as cool as he is.
