It makes me cry a little inside to see that finally, finally, finally someone has invented a remote control, of sorts, for washers and dryers. Okay, so it’s not really a “control” but more of a “monitor” – but that’s all I really need. It’s just a prototype. But it’s absolutely necessary.
The next step, of course, is for my washer and dryer to have built in web servers so I can hook them up to my wireless network and monitor their statii through a web page. Then I’ll be really impressed.
