Well, friends, neither! The San Francisco resident is in a band. A speed metal band. Really. And it’s called Cookie Mongoloid.
For all the times that people discuss how death metal vocalists “sound like Cookie Monster,” here’s one band where the description is apropos. Cookie and his crew sing familiar tunes, like “C is for Cookie” with a fierceness that you didn’t know that Cookie had in him.
M is for Metal, it seems.
