This morning I was at the doctor’s office and spotted a form that began with the following explanation:
“We have taken steps to increase our efficiency, and therefore your wait time.”
Wait… so they got more efficient in order to increase someone’s wait time? C’mon… isn’t anyone proofreading this stuff?
