Over the past few years, my body has started to do something which I don’t particularly like. It’s simple, really: when I wake up, I’m generally up for the day. Today for instance, this body got me up a full 30 minutes before my alarm. Now I did go to bed earlier than normal, but it feels like the days of long sleep are gone.
Am I the only one whose body does this? And more importantly, is there a way around it? I wouldn’t mind sleeping in a bit more on weekends.
And yes, Chillow does help with my sleep.
