Rock me like a…

[While Paul continues his trek across the South Pole, I’m here to cover for him.]

25 minutes of every 30 minute news broadcast on the east coast this week has been focused on Hurricane Isabel. People are doing what you’d expect: going berserk for water and batteries. As the first hurricane to head our way in four years, it’s certainly going to be an event and there’s going to be some damage. While I’ve been through a few of the major east coast hurricanes, none of them have done any super-serious damage. Mainly just high winds, rain, and some fallen trees, but no flooding or anything like that.

Have you ever been part of a major storm that’s done some real damage??
