More Good Deals

In these trying times, it can be hard to justify spending another $50,000 on an Escalade. What’s a rich person to do?

A while back, I pointe… er, my butler… pointed you to a number of Good Deals. I’d like to add a few more spots to that list.

First is Fatwallet. They came on my radar when they were presented with cease-and-desist notices for publishing “Black Friday” circular info before the actual day. As a result, I found a really good resource.

Also worth a look is DealCam, from the same folks who brought you DealNews and DealMac. This site is a digital camera comparison site.

The last one comes from a show on Fine Living, of all places. The Unclaimed Baggage Center sells stuff that has been deemed unclaimed by the airlines. All luggage is given 90 days to sit and mold; after that, this store buys it and sells it. There’s a limited supply of stuff online, but it’s still worth your time.

What is this then?

The Daily Ping is the web's finest compendium of toilet information and Oreo™® research. Too much? Okay, okay, it's a daily opinion column written by two friends. Did we mention we've been doing this for over ten years? Tell me more!
